Uptown

Until recently, Uptown has been a place where bankers came to do the business of banking before retreating home when the day was done. WOW.... how things have changed!! Since 2003, numerous condo high-rise projects have been moved from the drawing board to the job-site as Uptown’s condo market has exploded. Thousands of new units will hit the market before 2010 making Uptown not only the place to work, but also the place to live.

Starting with the construction of the Hearst Tower, Bobcats Arena, and Johnson & Wales University, the Uptown real estate market has exploded with growth and opportunity. What was once a sleepy city is now teeming with excitement every night of the week.
